FiveM, CFX.RE, and Rockstar’s Terms of Service
Applicable government laws and regulations
Internal gameplay balancing and development needs
Technical limitations or server infrastructure changes
3. Changes to Perks, Items, and Server Availability
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any subscription perks, vehicles, content, or in-game items at any time — without prior notice — if required for:
Compliance with third-party terms (FiveM, CFX.RE, Rockstar, etc.)
Internal server design or balancing
Legal or regulatory compliance
Partial or permanent server shutdown
⚠️ Important: In all of the above cases, including full server closure, no refunds will be issued for any active or past supporter subscriptions or one-time purchases.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all perks are offered as-is and may change at any time due to factors beyond our control.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided if:
Perks or content are changed or removed due to compliance, balancing, or server shutdown
You voluntarily cancel or let your subscription lapse
You are removed or banned from the server due to violation of our rules or terms
5. Communication
We are committed to keeping our community informed. Should any changes to supporter perks, vehicles, or server operations occur, we will announce them on our Tebex store and in our Discord server.
We strongly encourage all players to join our Discord and check announcements regularly to stay informed.
6. Agreement
By purchasing a subscription or item from the Apollo Networks Tebex Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
